  • A University degree.
  • Entry level of experience in personnel administration/HR Admin/Office Manager.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • A pro-active, determined, and creative attitude.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Knowledge of labour legislation would be considered an advantage.
  • Strong English language skills.
  • IT skills: Excel; Word; Outlook.
  • Knowledge and/or Experience in area of Human; Resources, related processes and tools will be a plus


    • Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
    • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to priotitize
    • Assisting new joiners/leavers with relevant paper work and procedures.
    • Keeping records of the work-related medical exam for all P3 employees
    • Processing invoices (benefits invoices, medical subscriptions, sport providers etc.).
    • Preparation and confirmation of various documents requested by employees
    • Collecting all documents required for employees’ individual files
    • Examining cv’s, screening potential candidates, and setting up interviews
    • Collaborate with the HR Manager and leaders to forecast company and department development goals and hiring needs
    • Source potential candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
    • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports
    • Makes reservations or travel arrangements for business purposes
