The inauguration of our Cluj-Napoca (Romania) office took place on 5th and 6th of October 2017. The two day event was a great opportunity to strengthen the connection of P3 people and also to get to know more about all our projects. Colleagues from our offices in Serbia and Germany joined the event and together with Romanians enjoyed all the activities proposed.
Official opening of the event was chaired by Robert Rendl and Marius Mailat, CTOs of the company. Robert underlined rapid development of the company and talked about the challenging projects that were completed successfully. Marius presented all the team members and their key roles in the accomplished projects. Afterwards, we visited the Cluj-Napoca office and there was time for sharing ideas, explore opportunities of growth and spent time together. The day ended with a traditional Romanian dinner in the city and partying.
The second day of the event was a challenging one. Outdoor activities in Vadu Crisului, aiming to develop a strong team spirit and highlight the importance of teamwork, were prepare by a professional team. Everybody was provoked with rafting and via-ferrata activities – a perfect combination between fun, excitement and adrenaline. Participants learned how to support each other and how important trust and communication are.
